Delete account & data

Zapiska is a client-booking app (technician account). Here is how to delete your account and all data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Email info@zapiska.app from the e-mail address your account is registered with, subject “Account deletion”. We will delete the account and associated data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What gets deleted

Permanently removed:

• technician profile (name, city, e-mail, logo);
• clients and their contacts (names, phone numbers, notes, tags);
• appointments, services, packages, materials, expenses;
• work photos and reviews;
• push notification tokens.

What is retained

No personal data is retained after deletion. Anonymized entries in system logs and backups are removed within 90 days.

Delete only some data

Individual data (e.g. a specific client) can be deleted directly in the app. To delete something else without deleting the whole account, contact us the same way.
