Terms of Use

By using the Zapiska app and service you agree to the terms below. If they don’t work for you, please don’t use the service.

1. What we provide

We provide access to an assistant app for solo masters. You use it at your own risk as a tool for record-keeping and reminders — it does not replace a cash register, a client contract or an official calendar. The service is provided by DEVBY.PRO LTD (United Kingdom, Companies House no. 17285382).

2. Access and registration

Access is granted by invitation. One account — one person. Passing access to third parties without our consent is not allowed.

Sign-in uses a one-time code from e-mail. You are responsible for the security of your mailbox and the devices you sign in on.

3. Your data and clients

Your clients’ data, notes, durations and services belong to you. We store them on the service’s servers solely to provide you with the app’s functionality. More in the privacy policy.

Before saving a client’s data in the app, make sure you have a lawful basis to do so (the client’s consent or another legal basis in your jurisdiction).

We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided “as is”, without any warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Local reminders on iOS work independently of the server — they are already on your device. Push reminders require our server and Apple’s APNs to be operational.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profit, lost clients, reputational harm or other indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time — to delete your account, write to info@zapiska.app. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms or on reasonable suspicion of abuse.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are marked with the date above; if necessary we will notify you in the app or by e-mail.
